Bajji Masala


Ingredients:

  • Mirchi Bajji : 5
  • Poha : 3 cups
  • Roasted Ground nuts : 1/4th cup
  • Putnalu(Roasted channa dal) : 1/4 th cup
  • Onion : 1/2
  • Lemon juice : 2 tb sp
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Cilantro : 2 strings

Procedure:

  • Chop onion and cilantro .Cut bajji into small peices.
  • In a mixing bowl add onion,salt, red chili powder and mix well.Add lemon juice as well.
  • Mix well.Now add putnalu,roasted ground nuts,poha, bajji and mix well.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
