Ingredients:
- Mirchi Bajji : 5
- Poha : 3 cups
- Roasted Ground nuts : 1/4th cup
- Putnalu(Roasted channa dal) : 1/4 th cup
- Onion : 1/2
- Lemon juice : 2 tb sp
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Cilantro : 2 strings
Procedure:
- Chop onion and cilantro .Cut bajji into small peices.
- In a mixing bowl add onion,salt, red chili powder and mix well.Add lemon juice as well.
- Mix well.Now add putnalu,roasted ground nuts,poha, bajji and mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
