Rice Krispies Masala

A easy and quick snack item.

Ingredients:
  • Rice Krispies : 3 cups
  • Putnalu/Roasted Channa Dal : 1/4 cup
  • Roasted ground nuts : 1/4 cup
  • Onion : 1
  • Tomato : 1
  • Cilantro : 4 strings
  • Lemon juice : 2 Tb sp
  • Salt
  • Red Chili powder

Procedure:

  • Chop tomato, onion finely and keep aside.
  • Now in a mixing bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt,red chili powder, roasted Channa Dal, ground nuts, rice krispies.Add in the same order as mentioned to get nice taste.
  • Mix well and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Crunchy, healthy snack is ready to serve.
