Ingredients:
- Beans : 6
- Carrot: 1
- Cabbage : 30gm
- Spring onion : 2
- Sweet corn : 1/3 cup
- Ginger : 1 teaspoon(finely chopped)
- Knor Veg broth cube: 1
- Water: 500ml
- Soy sauce: 1 tb spoon
- Sri racha hot sauce : 1tb sp
- Sesame oil : 4 tb spoons
- White vinegar distilled : 1 tb sp
- Corn starch : 2 tb sp
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Chop all vegetables finely.In a sauce pan heat water.Add all ingredients except pepper, oil,corn starch .Let it boil till the foam is formed.
- Add oil and let it boil for 12-15 min till vegetables are cooked.
- Mix corn starch with little water and to the boiling soup and mix well. Add enough salt.Still continuously till desired consistency is reached.
- Add enough pepper powder and take off from heat.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve hot
