Ingredients:
- Whole Moong Dal or Pesalu : 1lb
- Rice : 1/4th cup
- Cumin seeds : 2 tb sp
- Salt
Procedure:
- Soak whole moong Dal for 12 hrs in water.Grind the soaked Dal,rice not as soft as dosa batter.Adding rice to dosa makes dosa crisp.
- Once grinding is done add salt, cumin seeds and mix it well.
- Take dosa pan and put as normal dosa.Add chopped onion,ginger,green Chile pieces .Add oil and bake it .
- Take that into serving plate.
I served with tamarind chutney and Channa Dal chutney or Dalia and Peanut Chutney.
