Putnala(Dalia) Laddu

  • Channa Dalia\Putnalu
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom : 3
  • Cashews : 20


  • Grind Dalia into fine powder.If you want smooth laddus sieve the powder.
  • In ghee fry cashew and keep aside. Powder cardamom and keep aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add Dalia powder, enough sugar, ghee, cashews and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Check whether we can make laddu or not, else some more ghee and prepare laddu.

Store laddus in air tight container.Stays fresh till 10 days.
