For this choose peppers which are mild spicy.I have used Anaheim green pepper.We can do this with Indian chilies as well.
- Peppers: 1 lb
- All ingredients of tadaka or talimpu
- Besan floor
- Wash and chop pepper.In a pan, add oil and prepare tadaka.
- Now add peppers and fry well till spiciness comes down.
- Now add salt, besan and fry well.
Serve with rice and ghee.
