Peppers fry

For this choose peppers which are mild spicy.I have used Anaheim green pepper.We can do this with Indian chilies as well.

  • Peppers: 1 lb
  • Salt
  • All ingredients of tadaka or talimpu
  • Besan floor
  • Oil


  • Wash and chop pepper.In a pan, add oil and prepare tadaka.
  • Now add peppers and fry well till spiciness comes down.
  • Now add salt, besan and fry well.

Serve with rice and ghee.
