Sweet Potato Fry


  • Sweet potato: 2
  • Red chili powder : 2tb sp
  • Salt : 1tb sp
  • Oil : For deep fry


  • Peel the skin of sweet potato and cut into small pieces.
  • Take a kadai.Pour oil that is sufficient for deep fry.
  • When oil is hot put the sweet potato pieces in it.
  • Fry them till they turn into golden color.
  • Take from the oil into a serving bowl and add salt and red chili powder.
