- Sweet potato: 2
- Red chili powder : 2tb sp
- Salt : 1tb sp
- Oil : For deep fry
- Peel the skin of sweet potato and cut into small pieces.
- Take a kadai.Pour oil that is sufficient for deep fry.
- When oil is hot put the sweet potato pieces in it.
- Fry them till they turn into golden color.
- Take from the oil into a serving bowl and add salt and red chili powder.
